Counselling

About Me

I am a person-centred counsellor working in Beeston, Nottinghamshire and online.

I provide both short- and long-term counselling, depending on your needs.

I believe that good mental health support can be life-changing. We all deserve a space where we can feel seen, heard and accepted when we are going through something difficult. I decided to train as a counsellor so that I could offer this.

I am passionate about the work I do. I feel privileged to support people at some of the most difficult points of their lives and to see the healing and growth that are possible when we are met with acceptance and understanding.

I have experience working as a counsellor for community mental health charities and in secondary schools, supporting people through a wide range of challenging life experiences. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed (and self-diagnosed) later in life.

I believe counselling should be accessible to everyone who needs it and so I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible and to offer some flexibility for those on lower incomes.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
